Zargul Silver Marquee Terms of Service
Welcome to Zargul Silver Marquee. By booking and using our venue, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid at least [2 days] before the event date.
1.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of Rs 30000.00 is required to secure your booking.
1.3 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing and within 2 days from booking date. Cancellation made after 10 days 60% of the total charges will be paid to us.
1.4 Payment Methods: We accept Cash payment nd in some case by easy paisa and Jazz cash.
2. Venue Use
2.1 Event Timing: The venue is available for the event from [7 pm] to [11:30 pm]. Additional time may be arranged for an extra fee.
2.2 Capacity: The maximum capacity of the marquee is [number] guests. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety reasons.
2.3 Decorations: Decorations must be approved by our management. The use of nails, staples, or any other material that could damage the property is prohibited.
2.4 Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Alcohol, narcotics, or any toxic substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Catering and Vendors
3.1 Catering: Catering services can be provided by our in-house team or approved vendors. Outside catering is subject to a fee.
3.2 Vendors: All external vendors must be approved by our management and must comply with our venue rules.
4. Behavior and Conduct
4.1 Respect for Staff: Guests are expected to treat waiters and serving staff with respect. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the event.
4.2 Children’s Behavior: Parents are responsible for supervising their children. Running in the dining hall or any other disruptive behavior is not allowed.
4.3 Prohibited Items: Firearms, alcohol, drugs, or any toxic substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.
4.4 Spitting and Chewing Substances: Spitting of pan, gutkha, niswar, or any similar substance is strictly prohibited.
4.5 Quarreling and Abusive Behavior: Quarreling, fighting, shouting, and the use of abusive language are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the immediate removal of the offending parties from the premises.
5. Liability and Damage
5.1 Damage to Property: Any damage to crockery, tables, chairs, or any other items will be charged to the party responsible.
5.2 Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hall administration will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
5.3 Parking: We provide parking facilities; however, vehicle owners are responsible for their vehicles. The hall administration will not be liable for any damage to vehicles.
6. Force Majeure
Zargul Silver Marquee is not liable for any failure to provide the venue due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
7. Compliance
Clients and their guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the use of the venue. Failure to do so may result in termination of the event without a refund.
8. Amendments
Zargul Silver Marquee reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be settled amicably with client and hall administratioin
By booking Zargul Silver Marquee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
